About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive our next stage of growth.

The ideal candidate excels at identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, conducting consultative sales engagements, and closing new business. You will play a key role in expanding Exairon's customer base by helping organizations understand how AI-powered customer experience automation can create measurable business value.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets, industries, and opportunities aligned with Exairon’s growth strategy.
  • Promote and position Exairon’s solutions using a consultative and value-based selling approach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges, business objectives, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position Exairon’s solutions.
  • Execute high-quality outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations with prospective customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platform.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and pipeline progression within the CRM system.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building customer success stories.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex sales initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and LinkedIn sales and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Previous sales experience within a SaaS company, software technology provider, or customer experience technology/services organization.
  • Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders and communicate business value effectively.
  • Experience conducting discovery sessions, presentations, and software demonstrations is highly desirable.
