As an Area Sales Supervisor based inAnkara, you will be responsible for developing both new and existing business opportunities for Geberit products, mainly within the Installation and Flushing Systems (IFS) and Bathroom Systems (BAT) product groups, across your assigned territories: the Black Sea Region andAnkara.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving regional sales growth by managing customer relationships, expanding the dealer network, and strengthening Geberit’s market presence. You will identify new business opportunities, support project-based sales activities, and represent the company professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sector developments within the Black Sea Region and Ankara to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and acquire potential customers, dealers, and alternative sales channels in line with company strategies and regional sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders through regular visits and field activities.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations in line with company standards, follow up on project approvals, and coordinate with management on key opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and internal teams to share market feedback, customer expectations, and technical service requirements.
  • Ensure accurate CRM management by regularly updating project pipelines, customer information, and sales activities.
  • Support dealer development by organizing product training sessions, monitoring promotional materials, and ensuring brand standards are maintained in the field.
  • Oversee operational sales processes, including order checks, shipment follow-up, sample management, return procedures, and collection processes with risk analysis.
  • Plan and execute regional visit schedules in line with sales targets, and actively participate in sales meetings, dealer events, and reporting activities.
  • Represent the company’s values, procedures, and reputation professionally in all customer and business partner interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field
  • Hands-on sales knowledge and/or experience, preferably within similar industries such as construction or sanitary systems
  • 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably within a regional sales or dealer network structure
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP CRM
