The Opportunity

As a Manager within the Risk Advisory team, you will lead client engagements across the banking and financial services sector, working closely with senior stakeholders while managing and developing high-performing teams.

You will be responsible for delivering advisory engagements across areas such as:

• Internal Audit
• Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
• Internal Controls and Governance
• Compliance and Regulatory Reviews
• Policies and Procedures Development
• Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)
• Risk Transformation Projects

You will also contribute to business development initiatives, client relationship management and the growth of the wider Risk Advisory practice.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you should have:

• 8+ years of experience within Risk Advisory, Internal Audit or Consulting
• Current or recent experience within a professional services, consulting or advisory firm
• Strong exposure to banking and financial services clients (essential)
• Experience leading client engagements and managing teams
• A professional qualification such as CA(SA), ACCA, CPA, CIA or CRMA
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, internal controls and governance best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
