For ContiTech, it is vitally important that business partners, suppliers and customers adhere to all contractual agreements. Within Industry EMEA and its complexity, it is not enough to draw up pure standard contracts. In order to meet all the legal needs of ContiTech and to draw up contracts that guarantee the maximum benefits for ContiTech, you will be commissioned as a contract manager. As a contract manager, you will have to deal with sales & purchasing managers who are in direct contact with customers & suppliers. They are dependent on legally secure contracts that are optimally formulated in the interests of the company.
Job Description
- Reviewing, analyzing and negotiating contracts and agreements e.g. supplier contracts, license agreements, cooperation agreements, terms & conditions.
- Elaborate and implement standards with respect to all types of contracts.
- Collaborate with the legal and/or compliance department.
- Provide Contract Management training including on lessons learned to IEMA organization Inspire your stakeholder and contact partner with an effective communication of high intercultural sensitivity.
- Participate in regular legal and business meetings to review and stay apprised of pending and upcoming projects with contract relevance.
- Manage Legal Online (LEO) internal contract management system.
- Ability to explain all contract contents and legal peculiarities to our internal and external customers in a simple and clear way.
- Review of third-party contracts.
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration and/or law, economics or comparable.
- Business fluent English skills (both written and spoken), German language skill are welcome.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong team player with willingness and ability to work in an international environment.
- Deep understanding of the industry business, products, markets and strategic thinking with organizational and analytical skills.
