Gee Beauty is looking for a Content Creator + Social Media Associate to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. 💫 About the Role
As our Content Creator + Social Media Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping and growing Gee Beauty's digital presence. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, identifying trends, pitching creative ideas, and helping us build meaningful connections with our community. If you're equally comfortable behind the camera, in front of the camera, brainstorming viral content ideas, and organizing content calendars—we want to meet you.
🎥 What You'll Be Doing
📸 Content Creation + Production Plan and execute photoshoots, video shoots, and multimedia content from concept to final delivery
• Develop weekly content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, launches, and trends
• Collaborate closely with Gee Beauty's founders and team to create elevated, on-brand content
• Capture, edit, and deliver compelling content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Identify opportunities to create viral, trend-driven, and community-focused content
📱 Social Media Management
• Create, schedule, and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and Live content
• Write engaging captions that reflect Gee Beauty's voice and values
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and content opportunities
• Help grow audience reach, engagement, and brand awareness
🤍 Community Engagement
• Respond to comments, direct messages, tags, and customer interactions in a timely and authentic manner
• Foster meaningful relationships with our community and brand partners
• Amplify customer-generated content and celebrate our clients online
📊 Analytics + Reporting
• Monitor social media performance, audience growth, engagement, and campaign success
• Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
• Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance and platform trends
🚀 Marketing + Creative Support
• Create content for social media, email marketing, website updates, and paid advertising campaigns
• Own and maintain the social content calendar, ensuring alignment across all marketing initiatives
• Coordinate content production schedules, team participation, shoot logistics, and campaign timelines
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, giveaways, partnerships, events, and special brand initiatives

✔️ Experienced in content creation, photography, videography, editing, and social media management
✔️ Proficient in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Planoly, and similar platforms
