What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer user questions over chat, email, and phone
- Handle user account requests, including application processing and card disputes
- Identify systemic flaws leading to user problems and collaborate with engineering to resolve them
- Write help articles and FAQs to enhance user understanding
- Assist in building and improving the customer support and operations infrastructure
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Experience / Customer Support role
- Strong empathy and communication skills to translate complex terminology into clear user language
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure
- Proficiency in using internal tools and improving processes
- Willingness to work at least one weekend day per 5-day shift
