This full-time role is based in the Charlotte, NC area, requiring onsite presence and offering competitive compensation.
The position involves leading projects in the data center environment, focusing on electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing subcontractors and ensuring project quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of data center electrical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
Coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site, from kickoff through project closeout.
Manage project risks, changes, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Lead quality assurance and quality control efforts, resolving field issues promptly.
Support the commissioning, testing, and turnover activities of electrical systems.
Qualifications
5 years of experience managing mission-critical electrical construction projects.
Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and redundancy strategies.
Experience with commissioning, load testing, and power systems.
Ability to read construction drawings and manage subcontractors effectively.
Strong communication and organizational skills with a willingness to travel.
