At Pristina Adem Jashari International Airport, Unifree has been the sole operator of Duty Free stores since 2012. About the Position

We are looking for a leader who will take full responsibility for the entire Kosovo operation—ranging from store operations, relations with public and govermantal institutions and customs processes to human resources and financial performance—and who will report directly to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Kosovo Operation to public authorities, customs, and aviation authorities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to prepare the annual sales budget and manage team performance,

• P&L Responsibility and Inventory Management,

• Ensure and audit compliance with OHS, data protection, and ISMS regulations,

Lead team performance by providing mentoring and coaching to employees,

• Develop and execute local growth strategies in alignment with company objectives ,

• Analyze store performance and take actions to improve sales and profitability,

• Oversee all country operations (sales, store operations, logistics, human resources, etc.),

• Ensure strong coordination with HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus),

• Minimum of 15 years of total experience in the retail sector, preferably with international exposure,

• Proven management experience abroad (preferably at country or operations leadership level)

• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),

• Strong negotiation, representation, and communication skills,

• Strategic thinking and multi-dimensional decision-making abilities,

• Open to working with diverse cultures and capable of leading change,

• No restrictions on travel.
