Manager – Portfolio & Asset Management will support the execution of Asyad Group’s portfolio management function. The role will focus on driving asset-level performance visibility, detailed financial and operational analysis, value creation planning, turnaround support, and capital efficiency across Asyad’s portfolio companies and strategic investments.
The role requires a strong analytical profile, preferably with significant Financial Due Diligence experience, and the ability to work closely with business units, finance teams, operating companies and senior management to identify performance gaps, challenge assumptions, and support value creation initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Business Plan Revie
- wMonitor performance against budget across revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and capex, and flag key risks and variances
- .Prepare monthly/ quarterly structured asset review packs and performance dashboards for management and board reporting
- .Identify early warning signals and track implementation of corrective actions
- .Review and challenge annual business plans, budgets and forecasts submitted by portfolio companies
