Description

We are currently recruiting a Student Analyst (m/f/x), for our Copenhagen office. The opportunity will allow you to gain insight into the world of private equity and strengthen your analytical and interpersonal skills. Please note this is not a full-time internship, but an opportunity for students to work part-time.

What will be your impact?

As a Student Analyst, you will become an integral part of the investment team, assisting on both new and existing deals. You will learn how to identify investment opportunities, analyse industries and targets, and perform valuations and financial modelling. In the position, your tasks will include:

  • Assist in deal sourcing
  • Industry analyses
  • Company analyses
  • Preparation of investment committee materials
  • Preparation of materials for meetings with new investment opportunities
  • Financial modeling and valuation
  • Maintenance and development of analysis tools

The position encompasses approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility from both sides, allowing you to succeed in both your studies and at Waterland.

Be your true self

We are seeking a down-to-earth person, who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of responsibility. Further, the candidate should:

  • Be a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn
  • Be highly motivated for a career in private equity
  • Study for a BSc or MSc in a relevant study program in Denmark
  • Be fluent in English. Fluency in a Scandinavian language (DK, SE, NO, or FI) is a plus
  • Have strong academic results
