Fund business strategy and Product Operation. Responsible for the fund end operation of Web3 fund business, participate in business strategy formulation and product matrix construction (current/fixed/structured products, etc.), optimize product experience and interest rate competitiveness.
User life cycle operation and capital scale growth. Develop and implement customer acquisition, new user acquisition, retention and recall strategies, and increase user scale and capital survival scale through activity planning and other means. Responsible for user stratification operation, develop differentiated operation strategies for retail investors and large customers, and enhance the contribution and stickiness of high net worth users' funds.
Fund liquidity and position management. Monitor the platform's fund position and withdrawal liquidity to ensure the stable operation of the business.
Team process optimization and data operation. Participate in sorting out the SOP and workflow of fund operation, establish a fund data tracking and analysis mechanism, monitor core indicators such as fund scale, user retention, and product performance, and output operation reports and optimization suggestions.
Requirements：
Work experience: 3 years or more in capital operation
Business awareness: Familiar with the fund product model, understand the mainstream ecosystem and hot asset business logic.
Operational ability: Have experience in user life cycle operation, event planning, and user segmentation operation, and can independently promote the scale of funds and user growth.
Professional skills: Understand fund position management, liquidity monitoring and fund operation (transfer, collection).
Soft skills: Strong XFN communication and project promotion skills, sensitive to data.6. Bonus points: Experience in innovative projects such as user operation and structured product operation is preferred.
