Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Mathematics or Statistics
  • 2+ years of experience,
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using quantitative and qualitative data,
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Good in personal organization and project management,
  • Ability to be hands-on with a good understanding of the broader business context
  • Enthusiastic about new projects, digitalization, and reaching goals,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.

In this role you will

  • Take the necessary steps for handling changes in flight schedules, including new flights or cancellations, while maintaining close coordination with related teams such as Scheduling, Customer Experience Management (CEM), Call Center, and Revenue Management.
  • Perform regular checks to eliminate discrepancies between the reservation and operational systems and request IT improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with operational teams on short-term schedule updates.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc schedule reports as input for senior management, in coordination with the Revenue Management team.
  • Monitor and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints related to schedule changes and flight cancellations.
  • Analyze dashboards and suggest system improvements within the Disruption Management – Passenger Recovery module to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Revenue Management team by reducing their operational workload, enabling them to focus on analysis and pricing.
