We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager who will lead key initiatives, focusing on driving projects forward while ensuring alignment with our company goals.
This role requires strong project management skills, an energetic self-starter fitting the food retail industry.
🔎 Key responsibilities
- Project planning and execution, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Collaboration with and drive cross-functional teams across different business units and geographies, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
- Conducting regular project reviews and status updates, providing clear communication to stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Providing strategic guidance and support to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, discipline and cross-functional learning within the organization.
🎯What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Czech and English – advanced working proficiency (C1)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures and senior leadership.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on driving projects forward, ensuring diligence, follow-up, and push to achieve results.
- Proactive and persuasive personality with distinctive ability to quickly become acquainted with new areas of responsibility.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to inform strategic initiatives.
- Structured way of working; self-organization / time-management / organizational talent.
- Team player with results- and solution-orientation mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
