We are looking for a Lab Technician to join our team in Anseong.
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in laboratory experiments for new product development and existing product improvement, formulation and preparation of prototypes, and raw material management. Expected to strictly adhere to safety regulations in a chemical laboratory environment and contribute to enhancing the accuracy of research data.
신제품 개발 및 기존 제품 개선을 위한 실험 보조, 시제품(제작품) 배합 및 제작, 원료 관리를 담당하며. 화학 물질을 다루는 실험 환경에서 안전 규정을 준수하며, 연구 데이터의 정확성을 높이는 데 기여해야함.
Key Responsibilities
1. 시제품 및 배합물 제작(Prototype & Formulation Preparation)
• 연구원의 처방전(Recipe)에 따른 화학 원료(실란트, 접착제 등) 계량 및 믹싱(배합)
Weighing and mixing chemical raw materials (sealants, adhesives, etc.) in accordance with researchers' recipes
• 테스트용 시제품(샘플) 제작 및 도포 작업
Fabricating and applying prototype samples for testing purposes
2. 실험 및 물성 측정 보조 (Assisting with Experiments & Property Measurements)
• 제작된 샘플의 기본적인 물성 테스트(점도, 경화 속도, 접착력, 인장 강도 등) 수행
Conducting basic physical property tests (viscosity, curing speed, adhesion strength, tensile strength, etc.) on prepared samples
• 실험 결과 데이터 기록 및 일지 작성 보조
Assisting with recording experimental results and maintaining laboratory logs
3. 실험실 및 장비 관리 (Laboratory & Equipment Maintenance)
• 배합기, 측정기 등 연구 장비의 주기적인 세척, 유지보수 및 교정(Calibration) 보조
Assisting with the regular cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment, including mixers and measurement instruments
• 실험실 내 청결 유지(5S 활동) 및 안전환경(HSE) 수칙 준수
Maintaining laboratory cleanliness (5S activities) and strictly complying with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations
4. 원원료 및 자재 관리 (Raw Material & Inventory Management)
• 실험용 원료, 시약, 소모품의 재고 파악 및 입출고 관리
Monitoring inventory and managing the incoming/outgoing logs of experimental raw materials, reagents, and consumables
• MSDS(물질안전보건자료)에 따른 화학 물질 안전 보관
Ensuring the safe storage of chemical substances in compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Qualifications
1. 학력: 전문대학(2, 3년제) 졸업 이상 자 (화학, 화학공학, 재료공학 등 관련 학과 우대)
Education : Associate’s degree (2 or 3-year college program) or higher (Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields preferred)
2. 경력: 기업 연구소 또는 R&D 부서에서 연구보조원(Lab Tech) 경력자 우대
Experience: Prior experience as a Laboratory Technician (Lab Tech) in corporate research institutes or R&D departments preferred
