RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop FPGA-based digital system architectures in compliance with company standards.
- Take an active role in simulation, testing, and debugging processes to ensure design correctness.
- Execute system integration and verification processes for designed hardware.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for digital hardware designs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take active responsibility across all phases of hardware development (analysis, design, test, integration).
- Provide on-site technical support and failure/root-cause analysis when required.
- Maintain and update design files using Git version control and track project tasks via JIRA.
- Perform travel-related duties for on-site verification, deployment, or technical meetings as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other related engineering discipline with FPGA emphasis.
- Great understanding of Digital Design Fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in Logic Design and Verification.
- Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL development with industry tools in an FPGA, SoC, or ASIC environment.
- Familiarity with AMBA AXI Protocol Specifications.
- Familiarity with Xilinx and/or Intel and/or Microchip architecture.
- Familiarity with high-speed and low-latency logic design.
- Ability to write detailed, clear microarchitecture and verification reports.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with TCL Scripting Language.
- Experience with project management and environment.
- Proficiency in using SVN/Git version control system and project management tools like JIRA.
- Good communication skills
PREFERRED/PLUS IF YOU HAVE
- Prior experience in Ethernet-based FPGA projects.
- Experience in high-speed digital signal processing during the hardware design process.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in FPGA development tools (e.g., AMD/Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, etc.).
- Hands-on experience working with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, and USB.
