We support leading global clients in industrial, logistics, commercial and hospitality developments, providing integrated Design Management, Due Diligence, Feasibility Studies and Project Management services.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our growing project management team and act as the primary operational lead for key international clients.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously while leading and mentoring Project Managers and Junior Project Managers within the organization.

This position is expected to operate independently, manage client relationships, drive project delivery, identify risks proactively and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with client expectations.

The successful candidate will become the operational leader of the Project Management function and serve as the primary escalation point before matters are elevated to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead multiple design, feasibility and due diligence projects simultaneously.
• Manage project programmes, milestones and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain project execution plans.
• Monitor project performance and resource allocation.

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
• Lead client meetings, workshops and project reviews.
• Manage client expectations and communication.
• Build long-term client relationships.

Team Management

• Manage and mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
• Review project documentation, reports and deliverables.
• Develop project management standards, templates and procedures.
• Support recruitment and team development initiatives.

Risk & Commercial Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor project budgets, variations and commercial performance.
• Support proposal preparation and project planning.
• Escalate critical issues proactively.

Reporting

• Prepare executive project reports.
• Maintain project dashboards and action trackers.
• Provide regular updates to the Managing Director.

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Design Management.
• Experience delivering industrial, logistics, commercial or large-scale developments.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred

• Experience with international clients
• PMP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent project management certification.
• Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management background.
• Experience in consultancy environments.

Success Criteria

Within the first 6–12 months, the Senior Project Manager is expected to:

• Take ownership of day-to-day project operations.
• Become the primary client-facing operational lead.
• Establish structured project management processes.
• Mentor and develop the internal PM team.
• Significantly reduce Senior Management involvement in daily project coordination activities.
