Architect AI Trainer- $100/hour

Project Overview:

Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you’ll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy.

We are seeking a skilled Architect to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary: This project evaluates how effectively AI systems provide career guidance across professional occupations. We are seeking experienced Architects to assess AI-generated career guidance related to architectural education, licensure pathways, internship experience, project delivery, design specializations, firm advancement, and leadership opportunities. Contributors will evaluate whether AI-generated recommendations accurately reflect the realities of architecture careers and professional practice.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time.

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Create benchmark answers for architecture career questions
• Develop scoring rubrics for evaluating AI-generated career advice
• Assess guidance related to licensure, internship requirements, and professional development
• Review recommendations involving architectural specializations and career transitions
• Evaluate advice concerning firm progression, project leadership, and practice management
• Identify inaccurate or non-compliant guidance regarding professional requirements
• Provide written rationale supporting evaluation decisions

• Evaluation frameworks aligned with professional standards
• Reliable scoring of AI-generated architecture career guidance
• Identification of omissions, inaccuracies, and unrealistic recommendations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional architecture experience
• Licensed Architect strongly preferred
• Familiarity with architectural licensure requirements and career pathways
• Experience working on architectural projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to evaluate professional advice objectively
