Position Summary

The Paid Social Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for their clients. This role combines strategic planning, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analysis across major social advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
  • Manage campaign setup, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze performance data and make recommendations to improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paid social media experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other social advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and attribution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
