Mission
The Marketing Manager Transformation & Planning's mission is to define the activation strategy and lead the transformation of Carrefour Belgium's omnichannel marketing plan. As the true "architect" of the campaigns, you will orchestrate the strategic shift from a purely promotional dynamic to a sustainable focus on customer acquisition, utilizing data and agility to optimize the marketing mix. You act as the guardian of the plan.
Responsibilities
- Plan & Budget Management: Design and drive the annual marketing plan and the allocation of the media budget, ensuring an optimal balance between offline and online channels.
- Strategic Execution: Translate the strategy into concrete, disruptive activation plans that are primarily aimed at acquiring new customers, without losing sight of short-term sales.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 5 to 6 experts in the fields of media planning, 360° activations, and Brand/Content/SEO.
- Performance Tracking: Implement systematic analyses (Post-Buy) for all campaigns to measure ROI and acquisition rates, enabling the continuous improvement of future plans.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Ensure transversal synchronization between teams (such as CMI and Brand), activations, and media agencies to guarantee coherence and balance.

- Strategic & Analytical: You possess a strategic "helicopter view" and can dive into data to draw clear conclusions.
- Change Management: You have strong change management skills, act as an ambassador for change and can create frameworks in an environment with little structure.
- Personality: You are extroverted, autonomous, solution-oriented, resilient, and not afraid to constructively challenge the statusquo.
- Leadership & Experience: You are a strong manager capable of fostering collaboration among specialists, and you have an excellent understanding of the operational reality within stores.
- Flexibility: You show great flexibility regarding working hours (meetings until 6:30 PM are not exceptional) and are willing to work from the office.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both the French and Dutch languages is required.
