We've built a strong reputation for high-quality, engaging compliance training and are now looking for a Growth & Lifecycle Marketer to help us create a more systematic and scalable approach to growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who can help us strengthen our marketing engine and improve how we engage prospects and clients throughout the customer journey.

Initially, the role will focus on CRM, email and lifecycle marketing. Over time, there may be opportunities to expand into broader growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy, analytics and hands-on execution.

What you'll be doing

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Audit and optimise our current CRM and marketing processes
  • Design and implement nurture campaigns
  • Build audience segmentation strategies
  • Develop re-engagement campaigns
  • Improve lead follow-up and customer communications
  • Create automated customer journeys

Growth & Conversion Optimisation

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel
  • Recommend and implement marketing experiments
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Build reporting dashboards and performance metrics

Future Opportunities

Depending on experience and business needs, the role may expand into:

About You

You'll likely have experience in one or more of the following:

  • B2B growth marketing
  • Lifecycle marketing
  • CRM strategy and optimisation
  • Marketing automation
  • Demand generation
  • Customer journey design

You'll also bring:

  • Experience building successful nurture programs and marketing funnels
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking
  • The ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Confidence working directly with a founder-led business

Highly Desirable

  • HubSpot experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, learning, HR, WHS or related industries
  • Experience supporting businesses with long sales cycles and relationship-based selling
