The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally with candidates and internal teams, and excels at managing recruiting systems, coordinating interviews, tracking candidate progress, and keeping hiring workflows organized, efficient, and on track.
This is a full-time position that is fully remote.
This position may require access to technology, technical data, or information that is subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Employment in this position is contingent upon either verification of U.S. person status as defined under applicable export control regulations (which includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and certain protected individuals such as refugees and asylees) or the ability to obtain any required export authorization. The company reserves the right not to apply for an export license and to decline to proceed with any applicant on that basis. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to citizenship status, national origin, or immigration status.
A Day in the Life of an Recruiting Coordinator Role: The Recruiting Coordinator starts their day by reviewing active hiring priorities, candidate pipelines, and upcoming interviews to ensure recruiting activities remain organized and on track across the organization. Throughout the day, they coordinate closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to schedule interviews, manage recruiting communications, maintain recruiting systems, and help ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for all parties involved. They play a key role in supporting the organization’s growth by sourcing candidates, tracking recruiting progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping keep hiring workflows efficient and scalable within a fast-paced remote environment. As priorities shift and new hiring needs arise, they adapt quickly to keep recruiting efforts moving forward while helping leadership and hiring teams stay informed and aligned. By the end of the day, they have helped strengthen the organization’s recruiting operations by keeping hiring processes organized, candidates engaged, and recruitment initiatives progressing efficiently.
