Functional Responsibilities

 Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements across multiple squads and workstreams

 Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications ready for agile delivery

 Act as the bridge between business, product, and technology teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment on requirements and outcomes

 Own and maintain the requirements backlog, ensuring prioritisation aligns with programme objectives and delivery milestones

 Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure requirements are well-defined, testable, and deliverable within sprint cycles

 Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to refine requirements and drive decision-making

 Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements through to technical delivery and solution implementation

 Support solution design by validating that technical approaches meet business needs and constraints

 Drive quality assurance of requirements, ensuring completeness, consistency, and alignment with programme goals

 Contribute to governance and reporting by highlighting requirement risks, gaps, and changes impacting delivery

Minimum Experience

 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within large-scale digital or technology transformation programmes

 Proven experience delivering complex digital platforms with multiple integrations, systems, and stakeholder groups

 Strong track record in defining business and technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications at scale

 Experience working in agile environments, supporting multi-squad delivery and iterative release cycles

 Demonstrated ability to work across business, product, and engineering teams, driving alignment and clarity

 Experience in banking or financial services preferred, particularly within digital channels, onboarding,payments, or servicing

 Experience managing requirement traceability, change control, and delivery readiness in structured programme environments

 Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure transformation programmes with evolving priorities

 Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) preferred
