About The Role

What if your attention to detail could directly influence how the next generation of AI systems understands the world? We're looking for Data Labeling Specialists to categorize, tag, and annotate the data that teaches AI models to think, see, and communicate more accurately.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who is detail-oriented and reliable. No prior AI or tech experience needed — just a sharp eye, a systematic mindset, and a stable internet connection.

What You'll Do

  • Categorize and label text, images, or audio data using predefined guidelines and tag sets
  • Annotate data accurately to help AI systems learn patterns, context, and meaning
  • Maintain consistency and quality across large volumes of task-based assignments
  • Follow structured project instructions and participate in calibration exercises to ensure high accuracy
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented with a consistent, systematic approach to repetitive tasks
  • Able to follow structured instructions precisely and apply them at scale
  • Comfortable working with web-based tools and online platforms
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior data labeling, AI, or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with quality assurance, data entry, or administrative work
  • Familiarity with AI tools or annotation platforms as an end user
  • Background in research, transcription, or content moderation
