About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from any background. No prior AI or technical experience required — just a sharp eye and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do
- Complete structured tasks that directly train AI systems to become more accurate, helpful, and reliable
- Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats
- Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics tailored to each task type
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all assignments
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions precisely
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own time and workload
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
- Reliable and consistent in delivering quality work
- No prior AI or technical background required
Nice to Have
- Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, research, or writing
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
- Background in evaluation, editing, or analytical roles
