About the Role
Havas CX Canada is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join a multidisciplinary team supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative for a leading financial services organization.
This role will focus on designing and delivering user research that informs the creation of a unified digital experience across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with UX designers, strategists, product owners, and stakeholders to uncover customer needs, validate concepts, and provide actionable insights that shape product and experience decisions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable leading research independently, selecting the right methodologies for the problem at hand, and translating complex findings into clear recommendations that drive business and customer outcomes.
This is a contract position supporting a dedicated project team based in the Greater Toronto Area. Candidates must be available to attend key in-person workshops, stakeholder sessions, and project meetings as required.

The base hourly range for this position is CAD 65-80 with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background.
