About This Opportunity
The IT Business Operations Intern (ITBO) will assist in the flow of processes and procedures for the IT department. This role is key in submitting purchasing requests through iProcurement and monitoring the ticket through the system until a PO is assigned. The intern will work closely with IT managers/requestors, members of the Vendor Management Team, and members of the FP&A Team to gather information for each request and see it through to the end. The ITBO Intern will also be responsible for assisting with updating the team agenda on a daily basis and attending the ITBO team meeting each Friday. The intern will also assist with engaging NetNet (a third party company that reviews software/maintenance/hardware quotes and negotiates a better deal on behalf of InComm) on various quotes.
