Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Enterprise SWEs to work on a freelance basis. This role involves completing coding tasks across enterprise-grade systems and toolchains, leveraging expertise in multiple programming languages critical to modern infrastructure. The position offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges while contributing to scalable solutions in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete coding assignments in enterprise languages including C, Rust, C#, Kotlin, Scala, Swift, Ruby, PHP, Perl, or R.
• Analyze language internals, tooling workflows, and production constraints to deliver optimized, maintainable code.
• Diagnose edge cases, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions aligned with system design best practices.
• Provide detailed written feedback on code submissions, including rationale for decisions and trade-offs considered.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and performance benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong professional experience in at least one of the listed enterprise domains such as systems programming, JVM ecosystems, or web operations.
• Deep understanding of language-specific tooling, compilation models, and runtime environments.
• Proven ability to reason about performance bottlenecks, edge cases, and scalability implications in real-world systems.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of articulating technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
• Familiarity with production-grade development workflows, including CI/CD, testing, and deployment strategies.
