Role and Responsibilities:

- Ensure clear, compelling copy for videos and posts, driving engagement.
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries promptly, maintaining a positive online presence.
- Monitor online feedback, reviews, and trends to inform content strategy and brand perception.
- Engage with Brut India’s communities to foster growth and connection.
- Plan and execute events to boost brand visibility and community awareness.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Build relationships with influencers to expand reach.
- Stay updated on digital trends and integrate them into strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Community Manager with expertise in social media engagement.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Deep understanding of internet culture and trends, with strong news judgment.
- Skilled at spotting errors, fact-checking, and ensuring content accuracy.
- Proven ability to engage and grow online audiences through creative content.
- Proficient in analytics, social media reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
- Passionate about visual storytelling and optimizing content for various platforms.
- Fluent in social media best practices with hands-on brand management experience.
- Strong communication skills and experience in an international newsroom is a plus.
- Ability to interpret traffic and engagement metrics to drive content strategy.
