We’re Hiring | Investments & Business Development Manager
For a leading global industrial organization, we are looking for an Investments & Business Development Manager to join the Strategy Function at the Headquarters.
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional who will play a key role in evaluating, structuring, and managing strategic investments, business development initiatives, and corporate growth opportunities across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading cross-functional project teams on investment and business case development
• Managing end-to-end feasibility studies for strategic investments (greenfield, brownfield, new business areas, M&A projects)
• Developing financial valuation models tailored to specific investment cases and preparing executive-level business case reports
• Conducting location analysis studies for investment projects in collaboration with international investment agencies
• Identifying and evaluating organic and inorganic growth opportunities aligned with corporate strategy
• Supporting the development of corporate and investment strategy through market research and analytical studies
• Designing and evaluating new business models and collaborating with investment banks where necessary
• Managing M&A processes including origination, structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution
• Coordinating due diligence processes and post-merger integration activities
• Conducting post-investment evaluations and improving investment governance and decision-making frameworks
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Management Engineering
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or related fields is a strong plus
• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related areas
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills
• Experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong command of MS Office applications
