Your new role will:
- Maintain telecommunication and SMATV systems in existing commercial properties.
- Monitor and coordinate with maintenance service vendors to ensure a high standard of upkeep for telecommunication and SMATV systems.
- Prepare repair tenders and issue work orders for system maintenance.
- Oversee the performance of maintenance service vendors and manage contract renewals.
- Handle tenant complaints related to these systems and coordinate with building teams for improvement works.
- Manage projects involving system upgrades, modifications, and the implementation of innovative technologies.
- Provide operational support for the Central Monitoring Centre.
- Monitor faults in building services systems and coordinate follow-up actions with building teams.
- Support Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Telecommunication Engineering.
- MHKIE or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Holder of Certificate of Grade B Registration of Electrical Worker is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in commercial building operation and maintenance. [Candidate with more experience will be considered as Engineer.]
- Strong analytical capabilities, sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Good PC skills with hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Building information modelling (BIM) knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
