Going beyond being a traditional food ordering platform, Tıkla Gelsin® operates as a digital-first ecosystem focused on digital transformation. With its new mobile application, advanced technology infrastructure, integrated Tıklapay Wallet, and services such as Pick Up and Delivery, Tıkla Gelsin® provides users with a fast, seamless, and reliable ordering experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close alignment with business goals and long-term growth targets.
  • Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, balancing short-term delivery with long-term architectural integrity.
  • Translate complex business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, operations, and marketing — to guide end-to-end product development and delivery.
  • Leverage user research, market intelligence, and quantitative data to continuously improve the product experience.
  • Define, track, and analyze product performance through well-structured KPIs and success metrics.
  • Define and execute the restaurant acquisition and expansion strategy in collaboration with commercial and operations teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to evaluate new geographic opportunities, competitive landscape, and restaurant segment potential.
  • Lead the product strategy for restaurant onboarding, integration, and activation flows.
  • Design and track growth-specific metrics such as restaurant activation rate, onboarding completion rate, partner retention, and network density.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management; prior experience working on partner onboarding, marketplace supply growth, or delivery tech is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end product management principles and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize backlogs for complex digital products.
  • Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to develop innovative and scalable product solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
