For our Contracts & Legal team, we are looking for “Contracts & Legal Specialist” with following qualifications:
- Graduate from a reputable university, preferably from the faculties of Industrial Engineering, Administrative Sciences, or Language and Literature,
- 2-3 years of experience in similar positions,
- Excellent communication skills, with a personable and likable character who enjoys solving problems and helping others,
- The ability to concisely explain and solve problems through written communication is essential,
- Strong communication skills and a good team player,
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details,
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset,
- Strong ability to learn and self driven,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge in risk management and audit/review processes
- Good level of SAP usage.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end contract operations, including contract file reviews and controls, preparation of addendums and termination agreements, coordination of cargo and document flow, internal signature follow-ups, customer correspondence, and systematic tracking of all related processes.
- Managing current account openings, SAP order entries and Order Form preparations, as well as maintaining accurate archive and system records. Acting as a key point of contact for contract-related operational communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, update and review all contracts and proposals according to their commercial and legal conditions and tracking of their execution till the closure,
- Keeping-up constant coordination on contracts with other departments (Operation, Legal),
- Negotiate contracts and budgets with investigative sites; and collaborate with internal project team to ensure negotiations occur within timelines,
- Manage contract renewal processes, including preparing and presenting proposals to clients,
- Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and address business needs,
- Understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions to enhance long-term relationships,
- Performing audit and non-audit projects in line with the sector’s needs including compliance to regulations, attestation services and process improvement,
- Executes audit assignments in an effective and timely manner and provides constructive recommendations to the management in order to add value to the Company,
- Follows up the action plan progress and ensures that recommendations are implemented in a timely manner.
