We are looking for a talented and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end data analysis processes—from initial concept to execution—turning complex data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions for our clients and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Analysis: Lead data analysis processes from ideation through execution, providing comprehensive data solutions.
- Business Insights & Reporting: Build data models, reports, and dashboards to deliver deep business insights and value to our clients.
- Data Management: Work with massive datasets within Data Warehouse (DWH) environments to extract, clean, and manipulate data.
- Advanced Tooling: Utilize SQL and Excel as primary tools for data extraction, manipulation, and deep-dive analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with various internal interfaces and departments, actively contributing to the company's core strategic projects.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, optimization) and Excel (data modeling, advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Analytical Mindset: Proven experience working with large-scale databases and a demonstrated ability to "tell the story behind the numbers."
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously.
