Description

  • Manage full recruitment administration for assigned vacancies: drafting job postings, shortlisting CVs, and maintaining ATS/database
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across all stages
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and responsive experience at every touchpoint
  • Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job portals, campus networks, and referrals to build a qualified talent pipeline
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements, feedback timelines, and offer logistics
  • Handle pre-onboarding administration: document collection, Day 1 prep, and internal coordination
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare pipeline reports for the HR Manager
