Description
- Manage full recruitment administration for assigned vacancies: drafting job postings, shortlisting CVs, and maintaining ATS/database
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across all stages
- Be the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and responsive experience at every touchpoint
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job portals, campus networks, and referrals to build a qualified talent pipeline
- Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements, feedback timelines, and offer logistics
- Handle pre-onboarding administration: document collection, Day 1 prep, and internal coordination
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare pipeline reports for the HR Manager
