Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Eskilstuna. As a Territory Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with dealers and customers to drive sales growth in your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, providing financial solutions aligned with customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets while promoting Volvo Financial Services’ values and products.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in financial services, particularly in financing, leasing, or insurance products.
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
• Proficient in CRM tools, sales processes, and presentation software.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams effectively.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Background in the automotive or transportation industry is advantageous.
