Senior Proposal Specialist

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in energy and infrastructure projects
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
• Patient and diplomatic approach in managing challenges and stakeholder relationships

The role within the team

• Manage end-to-end proposal processes for renewable energy (Wind, Solar, BESS) and EPC projects
• Develop competitive bidding strategies through technical analysis and cost estimation
• Review tender documents and technical specifications to ensure full compliance
• Define and coordinate CBoP & EBoP scopes, ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost breakdowns
• Interpret technical drawings and collaborate closely with engineering teams
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and budgeting
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals on time
