Assan Panel is one of the 22 group companies of Kibar Holding and started to operate in 1990 in Tuzla. Assan Panel is the leader of the sandwich panel market in Turkey and the largest sandwich panel producer in the Middle East, exporting to more than 85 countries with the production facilities in Turkey, Jordan, Azerbaijan, United Kingdom and sales office in Hungary. Assan Panel is moving forward to become a global player in the sector. Since 2010, it has achieved a record capacity utilization rate of 85%, which is uncommon in Turkey and the rest of the world, with sales capacity of 24,000,000 m2 of output.
Assan Panel also has polyurethane systems business unit under AssanChem as well as AFG Çelik Yapi company providing EPCM solutions in building envelope, roof top solar plants, cold rooms and construction of industrial buildings.
We are looking for an Marketing Executive for our facility based in Tuzla, Istanbul.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in marketing management within the building materials manufacturing industry
- Experience in sandwich panel industry marketing processes is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously
Job Description
- Planning activities to ensure brand awareness and development by considering different customer segments and needs in the market, and coordinating teams for the implementation of related actions
- Leading Sustainability, Green Transformation, and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism processes for Assan Panel and its subsidiaries
- Creating product management strategies, determining specifications, and managing new product launch activities
- Creating and managing product development, pricing, and profitability strategies
- Preparing technical and promotional documentation, application visuals, and technical documents related to transportation, logistics, and storage processes for existing and new products, and sharing them with the sales team
- Developing technical solutions for project design offices and key customer expectations and preparing the necessary technical documents, drawings, etc.
- Monitoring Assan Panel’s trademarks and patents, conducting new applications, preparing documentation, and following up on related processes
- Leading brand management activities
- Managing strategic marketing activities
- Managing corporate communications, websites, and digital marketing activities for Assan Panel and all subsidiaries
- Ensuring company representation for Assan Panel and all subsidiaries at exhibitions, seminars, competitions, memberships, association committees, and similar activities
- Managing customer satisfactionsurveys
- Conducting marketing communication activities for Assan Panel and all subsidiaries, identifying business development opportunities, and ensuring effective product portfolio management
- Managing other marketing activities directed by the R&D and Marketing Directorate and supporting product certification processes
