Your Opportunity:

In this role, you will take ownership of both HR and general affairs operations in a hands-on and integrated manner.

You will gain broad exposure to how people operations, office management, and day-to-day business execution are interconnected in a growing organization.

Beyond running HR processes, you will develop a well-rounded operational perspective by understanding how workplace environment, employee experience, and operational efficiency together support business performance.

This role is well suited for candidates who are comfortable taking on a broad scope of responsibilities and are motivated to grow as HR professionals with a strong understanding of business operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of both HR and general affairs operations, ensuring stable people processes and smooth day-to-day office management
  • Learn and manage core HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding, talent development, and personnel data administration
  • Support payroll, attendance, and basic labor-related processes in alignment with internal standards and local regulations
  • Support the operation and continuous improvement of HR and general affairs processes through system utilization and digitalization, improving data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and documentation quality
  • Actively manage general affairs responsibilities, including office operations, vendor coordination, asset management, and employee services, gaining practical insight into how workplace environment shapes employee productivity and experience
  • Serve as a key internal contact for employees, responding to a wide range of HR and administrative requests with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to support efficient business operations and a positive working environment

Your Profile:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or a field related
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, general affairs, or combined HR/Admin roles
  • Practical understanding of both HR operations and office/administrative functions in a corporate environment
  • Experience using ERP or HR systems, or strong motivation to develop digital HR capabilities
  • Willingness to engage in a broad scope role covering both HR and general affairs responsibilities
  • Interest in understanding the connection between HR operations, organizational culture, and business performance
  • Strong communication skills and a cooperative mindset aligned with teamwork and fairness
  • Motivation to take on a broad and hands-on role that combines HR and general affairs responsibilities as part of business operations
  • Good communications skills in Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR ERP systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar
  • Exposure to HR or administrative digitalization and process improvement projects
  • Experience in a global company or manufacturing environment
  • Experience handling both HR and general affairs responsibilities in parallel
  • Curiosity and willingness to propose practical ideas for improving daily operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions
