Role Description The Front of House Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, responsible for leading daily front-of-house operations. This position oversees host, serving, and bar staff to ensure smooth service, efficient seating, and consistent adherence to hospitality standards. The Front of House Manager welcomes guests, resolves service issues, handles escalated concerns, and maintains a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations and floor plans, coordinating with the kitchen team, monitoring cleanliness and safety, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations. The role also involves training and coaching staff, supporting sales initiatives, monitoring key performance metrics, and assisting with scheduling and inventory related to front-of-house needs.
