The Opportunity:

Lloyd is growing fast, and we need driven, entrepreneurial recruiters to grow with us across our three powerhouse divisions:

This is a full-cycle recruiting role — you'll own the entire process from sourcing to placement, working direct hire searches You're not just filling jobs — you're shaping careers and building businesses and workforce execution

What You'll Actually Do:

• Hunt for top talent using every tool in your arsenal
• Screen, interview, and coach candidates to show up as their best selves
• Present game-changing talent to client partners who are counting on you
• Develop new business — yes, there's a sales and marketing component and it's fun
• Build your book — your billings are yours to grow

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales (preferred, not required — we'll train the right person)
• B2B sales or business development experience is a major plus
• Genuine love of connecting with people
• CURIOUS and SELF DRIVEN and WANTS TO STRENGTHEN your STRENGTHS
• Strong communicator — written, verbal, and on camera
• Curiosity about new technology and how it changes the talent game
• Any knowledge or interest in Accounting, Tech, or Sales environments is a bonus
