UPS is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new B2B logistics and transportation sales growth across Illinois and Missouri. This role focuses on prospecting, pipeline development, territory expansion, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers.

Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, freight, and supply chain solutions with the ability to communicate value propositions to prospective business customers.
