Description

We are looking for a Long-Term HR Intern to join our People & Values team. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development, and HR operations.

The intern will support the day-to-day activities of the HR department while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Job Description

  • Supporting recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Supporting employee engagement and employer branding projects
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation and employee records
  • Supporting training and development activities and learning platform operations
  • Preparing HR reports, presentations, and employee communications
  • Assisting with data entry, data management, and HR system updates
  • Supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team when required

Qualifications

  • Preferably a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student, recent graduate, or postgraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Available to work on-site at least 4 days per week.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people-related processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Interested in employee experience, talent acquisition, and employer branding
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Good command of English is preferred
