We are looking for a Long-Term HR Intern to join our People & Values team. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development, and HR operations.
The intern will support the day-to-day activities of the HR department while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Job Description
- Supporting recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Supporting employee engagement and employer branding projects
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation and employee records
- Supporting training and development activities and learning platform operations
- Preparing HR reports, presentations, and employee communications
- Assisting with data entry, data management, and HR system updates
- Supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Providing administrative support to the HR team when required
Qualifications
- Preferably a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student, recent graduate, or postgraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Available to work on-site at least 4 days per week.

- Strong communication and organizational skills
