Main Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Strategy

  • Lead and continuously evolve the Cargolux employer branding strategy
  • Design and execute innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Act as subject matter expert, bringing in external insights, benchmarks, and best practices to strengthen our positioning

Digital Presence & Content

  • Manage and continuously enhance the Cargolux careers website to ensure a compelling and engaging candidate experience
  • Strengthen our social media presence with creative, consistent, and impactful employer branding content
  • Increase visibility and optimize job advertisements to attract the right talent

Campaign Management & Analytics

  • Plan and deliver recruitment campaigns across multiple channels (career sites, social media, direct sourcing, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with job boards and external partners, ensuring effectiveness and return on investment
  • Develop and implement measurement tools to evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Prepare regular reports and insights to support continuous improvement

Employer Visibility & Events

  • Organize and participate in events such as job fairs, recruitment events, and school visits
  • Promote Cargolux as an employer of choice across different audiences and platforms

Recruitment Support

  • Actively contribute to recruitment activities, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Support sourcing strategies, including proactive and passive candidate identification
  • Contribute to recruitment-related projects and process improvements

Essential Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Communications, or any other relevant field
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques and content management
  • Strong understanding of branding to be able to promote Cargolux as an employer of choice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude and creative mindset
  • Good presentation and networking abilities
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • People and team oriented as well as able to work independently
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
  • Project management skills could be considered as an advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. French, German, and any other languages are a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, temporary position until the end of February 2027.
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • A certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selection
