Data Scientist – HR Transformation & AI Automation

The Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join the HR team and drive the transformation of HR processes through data, automation, and Artificial Intelli

gence.This role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive HR tasks and enhance decision-making across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between HR and technology, helping build a more data-driven, scalable, and efficient HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and opti
• mization.Design, develop, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve HR op
• erations.Automate repetitive administrative tasks across recruitment, onboarding, reporting, employee data management, and other HR ac
• tivities.Develop dashboards, predictive models, and data analytics solutions to support HR decisio
• n-making.Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical s
• olutions.Work with internal IT and data teams to ensure proper integration, governance, and security of
• HR data.Monitor and improve the performance of implemented automation and AI s
• olutions. Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and assess their potential applications within HR.

Profile & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data science, machine learning, process automation, or AI implementation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with AI/LLM tools, workflow automation platforms, and predictive analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous exposure to HR systems, HR analytics, or people data is a strong advantage.
