As an important member of the mainly remote team working on an existing complex software product and together with your peers located in Romania and Germany you will be contributing to the software development and testing of new features of the application.
Joining SHE Information Technology, your responsabilities will include:
- Software Development: Agile development of complex software solutions from end-to-end, including deployment.
- Testing and Debugging: Creation of system, integration, and unit tests, as well as analyzing and resolving complex issues.
- Collaboration: Working closely in an agile team with developers, testers, and product owners.
- Planning: Selecting technologies, evaluating architectural alternatives, and prioritizing tasks.

The requirements and qualifications for this job are:
- A degree in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist in application development, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid programming knowledge and experience with the following methods and technologies: C#, .NET 8, Entity Framework, Blazor, PostgreSQL, OpenID Connect
- C++ software development skills
- Modern development and architectural models such as Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
- AI development tools
- Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- REST, MQTT, and microservices.
- Language Skills: Excellent English (C1) and optional German (B2).
- A curiosity and passion for new technologies.
- Motivation to develop various software components at a high level as part of an agile team
