We are looking for a Head of Sales for one of our clients in the IT sector.
Role Summary
This role is responsible for leading all sales and business development activities across a multi-product organization with diverse sales models (direct, channel, and platform). The company is entering a global growth phase targeting scalable, data-driven revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales and business development strategy
- Lead local and international sales operations
- Build, scale, and manage sales and BD teams
- Set sales targets, quotas, and commission plans aligned with revenue goals
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM processes
- Identify and communicate sales risks proactively
- Ensure timely achievement of targets and product mix expectations
Qualifications
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong background in both direct and partner-led sales
- Proven success in enterprise-level sales and BD
- Track record of building and scaling sales organizations
- Experience in software/technology sales is essential
- Background in hospitality/QSR tech, fintech, or enterprise platforms is a plus
- International leadership or overseas experience preferred
