Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in digital campaign operations / ad operations / DOOH operations/ programmatic trading is strongly preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in IT related field.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Act as the regional expert for digital signage / DOOH CMS platforms (e.g. Broadsign, Scala, Hivestack CMS, or others used locally).
- Support local teams in configuring, scheduling, and optimizing campaigns in the CMS.
- Define and promote best practices for playlist management, dayparting, targeting rules, and content formats.
- Coordinate testing and validation when new CMS features or tools are deployed in the region.
- Serve as the regional specialist for programmatic DOOH workflows (SSP, DSP, ad server, deals, PMP, etc.).
- Ensure correct mapping between CMS inventory and programmatic inventory (venues, screens, loops, ad slots).
- Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot delivery gaps or technical issues with SSP/DSP partners.
- Provide 2nd-level support to local markets for complex digital and programmatic campaign issues.
- Investigate campaign anomalies (under-delivery, wrong creative, wrong targeting, black screens) and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams and vendors.
- Validate new screen deployments from a software / configuration standpoint (CMS setup, naming, tagging, loop structure).
- Contribute to incident reports and continuous improvement actions after major issues.
- Define and maintain regional standards for CMS usage, naming conventions, tagging and campaign setup.
- Ensure consistency of configurations across countries (screen categories, products, targeting criteria, reporting fields).
- Participate in or lead regional projects (new tools, integrations, pilots) and ensure proper rollout to markets.
- Train local sales, campaign management and operations teams on CMS tools and programmatic DOOH processes.
- Act as the go-to person for digital screens questions from commercial teams and key clients.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales discussions with agencies, trading desks, and advertisers on technical capabilities and delivery feasibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with digital signage / DOOH CMS platforms (e.g. Broadsign, Scala, Hivestack CMS, ADTECH CMS, or similar).
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising in DOOH
- Basic campaign delivery and measurement concepts
- Background in one or more of:
- DOOH / OOH / media owners
- Media agencies or trading desks
- Ad operations / Ad trafficking / Campaign management
- Expert on content management system (Broadsign,Scala,etc)
- Someone who understands LED and Video Controllers.
- Basic network understanding (routers, switches, etc)
- Communicate with Sales team
- Train other teams on digital tools (campaign, management, webmonitoring, etc)
Technical & Tools Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Campaign setup in CMS or ad servers
- Scheduling, targeting, and content management for digital screens
- Reporting tools and dashboards (e.g. Excel, BI tools, ad-tech reports)
- Router and Player configurations
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to investigate issues methodically.
- High attention to detail and quality in campaign configuration and documentation.
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders (sales, clients).
- Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple markets and priorities in parallel.
