Location: New York City, NY (Remote)

Trident Search is partnering with a high-growth cybersecurity vendor helping enterprises modernise security operations across complex cloud and enterprise environments.

The company has rapidly emerged as a market leader within one of cybersecurity’s fastest-growing categories, supporting large enterprises with automation, visibility, and operational efficiency at scale.

They have already landed and expanded within major enterprise organisations across technology, healthcare, retail, and financial services, with customers including globally recognised software, e-commerce, and healthcare brands.

The Role

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to own and build the New York City enterprise territory.

This is a greenfield enterprise opportunity focused on both new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion within the true enterprise segment.

The role is highly visible internally and offers the opportunity to help shape the company’s enterprise presence across a strategically important region.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the New York City enterprise territory
  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise opportunities
  • Drive expansion within strategic enterprise accounts
  • Manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across security, IT, and infrastructure teams
  • Partner closely with strategic resellers and channel organisations
  • Generate pipeline independently while executing strategic territory plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and leadership teams

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience
  • Proven track record exceeding enterprise sales quotas
  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 / large enterprise accounts
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated pipeline generation capability
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise buying environments
  • Experience working with or alongside channel partners
  • Strong executive presence and consultative sales approach
  • Based in the New York City metropolitan area
