In line with this vision, we are looking for a Data Analytics Assistant Specialist to join our Digital Transformation and Customer Experience Management team. This role will contribute with an analytical perspective, create value through data-driven projects, and take an active role in initiatives that support business growth and customer experience.

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields; Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or similar departments
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics
• Strong knowledge of SQL, preferably Oracle SQL, with the ability to write complex queries
• Experience in data analysis and modelling with Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
• Willingness to develop further in data visualization with Power BI
• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts such as forecasting, classification, and clustering
• Interest in Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking ability, and a detail-oriented mindset
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
What We Expect From This Role
• Campaign and Customer Analytics: Conduct target audience and segmentation analyses before campaigns; evaluate campaign performance and ROI after campaigns, providing actionable insights.
• Customer Segmentation: Support the development of machine learning-based customer segmentation and prediction models, including clustering models.
• Data Visualization: Transform analysis results and key performance indicators into dynamic dashboards using Power BI.
• Data Quality and Management: Clean and prepare data from Oracle and other data sources for analysis processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Work in coordination with internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services to provide data-driven solutions for their business needs.
