Your Responsibilities
You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as
/Supporting the HR Business Partner team in daily HR operations, employee lifecycle processes and organizational management activities.
/Assisting workforce planning, organizational updates and employee data maintenance through SAP and related HR systems.
/Preparing monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards and data quality checks using Excel, SAP and reporting tools.
/Supporting Talent Management, onboarding, employee engagement and internal communication processes.
/Contributing to HR process improvement, digitalization and AI-enabled initiatives, while preparing presentations and communication materials.
Your Profile
/Available to work at least 3 days per week and interested in building a career in Human Resources
/Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
/Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
/Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and interest in reporting, HR analytics and data-driven decision making
/Proactive, eager to learn and solution-oriented; familiarity with SAP, Power BI, AI productivity tools or similar digital solutions is an asset
